Instructions:
1. Clean and dry the surface before application. 2. Peel the tape from the fastener and press it firmly into place. 3. Adhesive reaches maximum strength after 24 hours.
Note: Not recommended for fabrics, flexible vinyl, or underwater use. Continued direct sun exposure may cause damage.

How many times can VELCRO® Brand Sticky Back Squares be reused?
These adhesive squares use tough nylon that lasts over 2,000 opens and closes. They allow you to mount or connect objects, knowing you can separate and stick repeatedly.
Does VELCRO® Brand adhesive come off?
Yes! Here’s how to do it so you’re left without residue: 1. Warm the removable mounting square with a hair dryer (don’t use a heat gun). 2. Peel off the double-sided sticky square. 3. Warm the adhesive with the hair dryer, peel off a piece and roll it in a ball. 4. Cool the adhesive with ice in a plastic bag. This only takes a few moments. 5. Press the adhesive ball onto the sticky residue and pull it off. 6. Repeat this process until the adhesive is completely removed. This may take some time. 7. Use a commercial remover like Goo Gone, acetone, WD-40, mineral spirits or citrus-based cleaners if any residue remains.
Can you use this sticky back hook and loop on fabric?
This particular VELCRO® Brand backing isn’t for fabrics. But we do have other fasteners designed with this surface in mind, like VELCRO® Brand Sleek & Thin™ Stick On Patches for fabrics.
What is the operating temperature for this double-sided square tape?
These double-sided mounting squares work at 0 to 100 °F (-18 to 38 °C). If you need something that can handle more extreme temperatures, our Kitchen & Bath fasteners or Extreme Outdoor Tape are best.
Do VELCRO® Brand squares get ruined when wet?
VELCRO® Brand removable mounting squares aren’t waterproof, but we have other options that work in wet areas, like our Kitchen & Bath fasteners.
